Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Whiffcraft. We’re stoked that you’re looking into returns. Why? Because we only want you to have the best possible experience with us.  We know that the best form of marketing is good word of mouth, and we love that! So, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

If you’re not happy, any of our products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase.  To complete a return or exchange, let us know what the problem was, remind us of your order number or event you purchased from and we’ll be happy to help!  Feedback is awesome.

 

Returns

Send the product with its original packaging to:

Once we receive your return and have a chance to inspect it, we will send you an email to notify of the refund and/or store credit. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard number of business days as per your card issuers. We offer a full refund of your order on return.

*Please note: If you’ve changed your mind and refuse delivery of your package, we will refund the order total minus any return shipping costs that apply. Free shipping just doesn’t grow on trees, you know?

 

 

Partial Returns and Exchanges

We get it. It can be hard to decide if you like a product just by clicking at it online. Please contact us by email and we’ll get you sorted out.

 

 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.  We’ll point fingers at the shipper, but still help you out.

 

 

Sale items

We want your love, so even items on sale can be returned for store credit.  Seriously.
