I seem to have developed what I’ll call “mixologist” wrist as I’ve been bothered by a sore wrist/hand for the last while. I’ve been meaning to find a turmeric supplement, for it’s wonderful anti-inflammatory properties, to see if that would help and haven’t gotten around to it yet. One of my best-est friends just passed this DIY turmeric tea recipe on to me today and I’ll be heading to the kitchen to mix some of this up asap. Hope this comes in handy for someone else too!
